Autoblogs are like anything else in life "you abuse you loose" that's why semi automatic blogs is recommended. Specially during the first 8 weeks. As we all know relevant consistent content is one the key factors for decent placement. To answer to your question YES good money can be made with autoblogs and there are several strategies but one of the most popular approaches is to:
- have 10-12 optimized articles. 4-5 for your main keyword and the rest for related keywords in order of priority. You must have all your content ready before building the blog.
- Schedule all articles and video postings with consistency to make it look as natural as possible
- Spread this articles within a week for example: 2 articles and two videos a week. Just do one every other day
- Every autobloger has he's or her's list of plugins this is very important because you don't want to over load the blog or site with themes and plugins.
Performance is key for ranking as well so need to be careful with the plugins you choose to use.
-Besides the basic must have plugins you must identify the tone and personality you want for your blog. These autoblog plugins now days allow you to do that to certain extent.
-Once you have your scheduled content, the structure, tone and personality is time to decide for a good autoblog plugin. Again depends of the style, tone and personality you want to project. IMO WP Robot if used properly can make you good money. Never allow these plugins to auto post, instead make them post as a draft and you take 45 min a day to edit and optimize your posts for next month already the key for me was to stay ahead and basically used the autoblog plugin to do the pre-writing allowing me to stay ahead.
-Once you have content for the next 3 months and you know that is all optimized and scheduled then you can move to the next Niche.
I started like that now have several and that is not the end of if you do it right you can then flip your autoblogs.
That's why I think semi autobloging can make you good money and you will still build authority sites with good quality content.
